This is the end of a flashback sequence of Kimy. When Kimy was given her new human form she was taken in by a shy college student. When she learned about love she learned about lust just as quickly. She also discovered the porn on the guy's computer. In a jealous rage, she seduced him and killed him.
The bottom panel is Kimy sitting on Brian's bed thinking about how she was once again heartbroken and that to not get close to Brian either.
